Analysis of immune correlates for combination immunotherapy in the mEER flank-tongue pseudometastasic model. Mice were treated as in Fig. 4a except for ICT antibody administrations performed only on days 10, 13 and 16. Leukocytes isolated from both flank and tongue tumors at day 18 after tumor implantation were analyzed by flow cytometry. Frequencies of total CD8⁺ T cells, Granzyme B⁺ CD8⁺ T cells (CTL), Treg, Arg1⁺ MDSC as well as ratios of CTL to Treg and Arg1⁺ MDSC are shown. Results represent pooled data from two experiments (n = 8–14).
