Summary of MRP2 and MRP3 vesicle kinetic studies for DCF-AG

MRP2 had single-K_m transport affinity for DCF-AG, whereas MRP3 demonstrated biphasic kinetics. Intrinsic transporter clearance (V_max/K_m) for MRP2 and the low-affinity MRP3 clearance was comparable. In contrast, the high-affinity MRP3 efflux clearance was over an order of magnitude greater than that of MRP2.
