Multivariate analyses of the three imaging parameter (fat fraction, shear stiffness, and loss modulus) effects for the prediction of several key histologic features in the training cohort of 64 mice. Effects are reported as parameter estimates. 95% confidence intervals (CI) and p-values (bold if significant). All observed significant effects show positive correlations between the imaging predictors and the histological findings.
