OVA DNTs specifically protected mice against OVA-induced airway inflammation. Mice received MOG DNTs or OVA DNTs by intravenous adoptive transfer to treat OVA-induced airway inflammation. a Lung sections were stained with H&E to measure the accumulation of infiltrating inflammatory cells.
