MPO activity in uterine tissue

Mice groups were set as above. Uterine tissues were collected, homogenized in PBS, and centrifuged at 12 000 r/min for 15 min. The supernatants were measured according to the manufacturer’s instruction in the MPO activity kit. Data represent the mean±standard error of mean (SEM) of triplicate experiments. ^# indicates P<0.05 vs. CG. ^** and ^**** indicate P<0.01 and P<0.0001 vs. the LPS group, respectively.
