Percentage cell viability of PC-3 cells at 24 h (***; p<0.0001). Cell viability was performed on PC-3 cells per well in DMEM medium supplemented with 10%v/v FBS and 1% Penicillin-Streptomycin mixture. Cell incubation was done in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO₂ at 37±0.5 °C. The absorbance of formazan crystals dissolved in lysis buffer was measured at 575 nm using microplate reader at 37±0.5 °C. Results are represented as Mean ± SD (n=6).
