The expression levels of ERK1/2, NF-κB p65, and MMP2 in orthotopic tumors tissues. Orthotopic transplantation mice were randomly divided into 2 groups for treatment: intraperitoneal injection of EGb761 (40 mg/kg) or saline (0.9%) twice a week. Orthotopic tumors tissues were subjected to immunohistochemistry for ERK1/2, NF-κB p65, and MMP2.
