(A) THP‐1 cells were infected with 5000 TCID₅₀ HIV_AD for 5 days and supernatant Gag_p24 was measured by ELISA. (B) THP‐1 cells were infected with 5000 TCID₅₀ HIV_HSA for 5 days and intracellular Gag_p24 expression was measured by Western blot.
