MALAT1 binds to miR-1-3p and regulates CORO1C expression. (A) The seed sequence of miR-1-3p bound to MALAT1. (B) The seed sequence of miR-1-3p bound to the 3′UTR of CORO1C mRNA. (C) The expression levels of miR-1-3p in LNCaP and 22RV1 cells were detected following overexpression or inhibition of miR-1-3p.
