Purity of CD3⁺CD4⁺CD45RA⁺ T cells, CD3⁺CD8⁺ T cells and CD4⁺CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ Treg cells. CD3⁺CD4⁺CD45RA⁺ T cells and CD3⁺CD8⁺ T cells were purified by magnetic cell sorting, and their purity was determined by flow cytometry.
