TR-FRET profiling of 14 LIR peptides reveals differential binding affinities to mATG8 proteins

Unlabeled LIR peptides were screened by competitive TR-FRET using FITC-labeled p62 LIR peptide. Binding affinities are reported (K_i) and represent average data ± standard deviation from three independent experiments each with two technical replicates.
