Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves of C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), white blood cell (WBC) count, neutrophil count, monocyte count neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio for predicting serious Klebsiella pneumonia. The area under the MLR ROC curve differed significantly from those for the NLR, CRP level, PCT level, WBC count neutrophil count, and monocyte count.
