Overexpression of RPN2 suppressed HCC cell migration and invasion. After AD-RPN2 infection, migration and invasive process of HepG2 and Huh-7 cells were examined using injury healing (A, B) and transwell migration assays (C, D). (E, F) WB analysis was performed to examine E-cadherin and N-cadherin expression levels in HCC cells stably expressing RPN2. The band of target protein was normalized to the density of action. The quantification was performed independently in a single band. The experiments were performed three times. Data are recorded as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs control group.
