SGK3-PROTAC1-mediated degradation of SGK3 inhibits Akt-independent activation of mTORC1 in cancer cell lines treated with Akt or PI3K inhibitors. CAMA-1 (A, C) or ZR-75-1 (B, D) were treated for 5 days with 1 μM GDC0941 (A, B) or 1 μM AZD5363 (C, D). Cells were treated with the compounds indicated for either 5 days or 8 h before lysis; cells were treated with the compounds indicated. Cell lysates were subject to immunoblot analysis with the indicated antibodies.
