Effect of METH on the morphology of midbrain nondopaminergic neurons. Cultures derived from postnatal VMAT2 +/+, +/− (data not shown), or −/− mice were exposed to 500 μm METH (B, D) or vehicle (A, C) for 7 d and immunostained for GABA.
