Total [3H]DA uptake in synaptosomes obtained from FCx, Acb, and caudate from DAT knock-out (DAT-KO), NET knock-out (NET-KO), and wild-type (WT) mice. Absolute values for total [3H]DA uptake rates in each genotype of mice are expressed as a percentage of that observed in wild-type mice.
