Time since admixture. Time since admixture was estimated using introgressed haplotype block length using methods described in Schumer et al. (2016). The age of the invadolysin (Smp_127030) locus specifically (nruns = 10) was aged using startmrca (Smith et al. 2018). Age estimates for both methods overlap, but the distribution of time since introgression tends to be younger than the estimated age of the invadolysin (Smp_127030) locus. Estimates of time since introgression could be influenced by exome data, which is limited in its ability to identity small haplotype blocks and result in conservative, younger age estimates.
