Effect of knockdown of CLDN1 and CLDN11 on hypoxia levels and anticancer drug-induced toxicity in spheroids. RERF-LC-AI cells were plated on PrimeSurface96V multi-well plates and transfected with siRNAs for negative control, CLDN1, or CLDN11.
