Human ILC2 are suppressed by Butyrate treatment. Human ILC2s were FACS purified (Live Lin⁻ CD45⁺ CD161⁺ CD127⁺ CRTh2⁺) from healthy human PBMCs and cultured ex-vivo for 5 days in the presence of 10 ng/mL rhIL-2, rhIL-7, and 30 ng/mL rhIL-33 with Sodium Chloride or Sodium Butyrate (10 uM unless indicated), at 5 × 10³ cells/well.
