Identification of sequence reads derived from EPO gDNA by alignment to EPO copyDNA in the IGV viewer. Several reads aligned to the EPO copyDNA (cDNA) reference sequence consist of intron–exon or exon–intron sequences derived from EPO gDNA as shown in the IGV browser. The mismatches depicted in this figure correspond to the intron 2 sequence of EPO gDNA. This allows distinction of EPO gDNA and EPO cDNA.
