Luciferase expression quantified from Hydrodynamic injections of DNA. Plasmid, proTLx-K and dbDNA™ constructs were molarity matched and administered to 6-week-old mice by hydrodynamic injections via the tail vein (n = 5 for proTLx-K and dbDNA™ constructs and n = 4 for plasmid construct). The expression of luciferase was quantified post injection. Luciferase expression from dbDNA™ was consistently significantly higher than from plasmid DNA (repeated-measures analysis of variance with Dunnett’s post hoc test); luciferase expression from proTLx-K was similar to that from plasmid.
