(A) Splenocytes from CD45.2 WT mice were mixed with CD45.½ congenic m157-Tg or WT splenocytes at a 1:1 ratio in the presence of the indicated cytokines. IFNγ production by the CD45.2+ NK cells is shown. (B-E) CD45.2+ Splenocytes deficient for the indicated gene were mixed with congenic CD45.½+ m157Tg or control splenocytes that were not deficient for the indicated genes.
