RI began to accumulate in the bladder as early as 30 min after intrathecal injection, suggesting a cerebrospinal fluid leak from the intrathecal space. At 1 and 3 h, the marked accumulation of the tracer was observed at the cervical areas (arrows). At 24 h, there were very low levels of the tracer in the intrathecal space.
