A, In the female mice, the movement patterns of DAT (−/−) mice were not affected by pretreatment with the D2 antagonist raclopride.B, The amount of locomotor activity was significantly reduced, however, in the DAT (−/−) mice pretreated with raclopride in blocks 1 and 2 (*p < 0.05, **p< 0.01), while having no effect in either the DAT (+/+) or (+/−) mice.
