Pharmacological sensitivity of dopamine uptake in mesencephalic cultures. Uptake of 50 nm³H-dopamine in primary cultures in presence of different inhibitors is presented. Data from quadruplicate observations in a single experiment are normalized to control group and expressed as mean ± SEM. * indicates a significant difference from control (p < 0.01; Student's ttest). Similar effects of inhibitors were observed in independent experiments (n = 2; data not shown).
