HD46 and HD100 groups have a significantly higher percentage of mice with one or more neurological abnormalities than do WT or CT18 mice. The percentage of animals in each group (WT, CT18, HD46, and HD100) having 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 neurological deficits is shown in each column. The actual numbers of affected animals in each category are shown in parentheses. χ2 analysis demonstrates that HD46 and HD100 groups (asterisks) have a significantly higher percentage of animals with single or multiple deficits than do WT or CT18 (p < 0.001).
