Effects of 15s-HpETE on the mobility of thioredoxin in Prx III+/+ and Prx III−/− MEF cells. MEF cells were treated with the mixture of 10 μM 15s-HpETE and Lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent for the indicated times. Cellular protein extracts were alkylated with 10 mM NEM and subjected to nonreducing SDS-PAGE, followed by Western blot analysis using an antibody to thioredoxin.
