An IP-GTT was performed in the offspring at PW10 by IP injection of dextrose (2 g/kg). Serial blood glucose measurements were taken for 120 minutes in females (Panel A) and males (Panel C). Control n=20, TF n=39 for female offspring. Control n=27, TF n=33 for male offspring. Plasma insulin during IP-GTT was assessed at baseline and 10, 30, and 60 minutes after dextrose injection in females (Panel B) and males (Panel D).
