Abaloparatide and teriparatide stimulation of serum markers of bone turnover, RANKL and OPG: Female C57BL/6 WT mice were injected SC daily, except Sunday, with vehicle or 20–80 µg/kg/day teriparatide or abaloparatide for 30 days. Sera were collected and serum levels of bone formation and resorption markers, RANKL, and OPG were determined using specific ELISA kits. (A) Serum levels of P1NP. (B) Serum levels of CTX.
