Subcellular localisations of OsPCS5 and OsPCS15 proteins tagged with GFP in yeast cells. Saccharomyces cerevisiae DTY167 cells were transformed with free GFP, OsPCS5::GFP or OsPCS15::GFP, and observed via confocal fluorescence microscopy.
