Estimates of AUC (weighted and unweighted) comparing logistic regression regression (LR), conditional logistic regression (CLR) and proposed methods (Two-stage and Simultaneous). 95% confidence intervals (CI) for true AUC are based on the 2.5^th and 97.5^th percentiles of AUC estimates from 500 simulated datasets. Coverage probabilities are associated with 95% CIs obtained using proposed, bootstrap methods based on weighted AUC estimates. Results are averages of 500 simulated datasets, each of n = 200 matched case control pairs and where δ = 0.5
