Data are from blood samples collected every 3 months from all participants for the first year after random assignment (93.8% of all blood samples from the Incentive participants and 94.0% of all blood samples from Usual Care participants were collected). The difference between groups was statistically significant (Odds Ratio = 15.6; 95% CI = 4.2–58.8; P<0.001).
