The final simulated meshes for the diastole process of the three cases (1 is healthy, and 2, 3 are diseased 1 and 2), using estimated constitutive parameters, reference (unloaded) state, and AT parameters. These simulated meshes are visualized with the corresponding cine MRI frames. The meshes are shown in short axis view (left three columns) and long axis view (right three columns), each view consisting of the simulation results at 0%, 15%/24%/16% and 100% of the diastole phase.
