Uptake of Gd-MSN into human cancer cells. 20 ng of Gd-MSN (Rhodamine-B labeled) was incubated with ovarian cancer cells OVCAR8 that are engineered to express GFP for 24 hours. The cells were washed and examined by fluorescence microscopy. Nuclei were stained with Hoechst dye. BF is bright field.
