Fluorescence imaging was acquired using an IVIS system in ICG-treated mice (ICG, A and C) and ICG-lactosomes-treated mice (ICG-Lact, B and D). After injecting ICG or ICG-lactosomes, brightness of the tumor (open circles) and non-tumor (contralateral inguinal, closed circles) areas were measured at the indicated times. * P < 0.05 between tumor and non-tumor regions in the ICG-lactosomes group. The results are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 5/group).
