ADC, Apparent diffusion coefficient measured within a region of interest encompassing the striatum. Control, Injection of 1 μl of vehicle only into the left striatum. IL-1β, Pretreatment with anti-neutrophil serum to deplete animals of neutrophils followed by injection of 1 μl of IL-1β (1 ng/μl) into the left striatum.
