The LP and VD neurons also responded to TNRNFLRFamide and pilocarpine (data not shown) with currents similar to those shown. Recordings were made using TEVC in the presence of 10 μm PTX, 0.1 μm TTX, and 10 mmtetraethylammonium chloride.
