Significant increases in [³H]MPP⁺ uptake were observed at higher temperatures at all concentrations tested, ranging from 1 to 100 μm of cold MPP⁺ in the presence of 4 nm [³H]MPP⁺ or 13 nm [³H]MPP⁺, as described in Materials and Methods.
