Performance on the rotorod test of motor coordination. Mice were placed on an accelerating rotorod for three trials per day for 3 d. The latency to fall off the rotorod was assessed. NKCC1−/− mice had significantly impaired motor coordination compared with that of wild-type or NKCC1 heterozygous mice. Data represent the mean ± SEM.
