TRP reversibly increases the receptor response to GABA. The topfourtracesshow averaged responses to 0.1 mm GABA injections (20 psi for 1.0 sec; bottomtrace) in control conditions (toptrace), during perfusion with 10 μm TRP (secondtrace from the top), at the end of a 20 min saline wash (thirdtrace from thetop), and during a second perfusion with TRP (fourthtrace from thetop). Each trace is the average of five responses.
