Ex vivo testes organ culture. Schematic representation of ex vivo testes organ culture. Testes were obtained from 7 days postpartum male mice. Resected testes were cut into 8–10 pieces, and then each piece was placed on an agarose gel block immersed in α-MEM medium containing KSR (KnockOut Serum Replacement).
