Axial slices of group ×time interaction for the functional connectivity between posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) seed and right caudate. After correcting for false discovery rate (FDR), functional connectivity of the PCC at rest increased in the right caudate (k = 60, pFDRcorrected =0.046, t = 4.14 [21 24 9]) for the active group compared to the placebo group between baseline and follow-up.
