Plot of the group × time interaction for functional connectivity between posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) seed and right caudate. After correcting for false discovery rate (FDR), a significant group × time interaction was observed for the functional connectivity between posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) seed and right caudate (k = 60, pFDRcorrected = 0.046, t = 4.14 [21 24 9]). The post-hoc t-test suggested an increase of functional connectivity for the active group (t = 2.06, p = 0.050), while there was a significant decrease for the placebo group (t = −3.52, p = 0.002).
