Cranial radiotherapy (CRT) stunts brain growth. (A) Brain weight was measured at 3 and 12 months after CRT. Differences in brain weight were observed early and persist up to 12 months after CRT with limited growth in CRT brains. (B) Brain dimensions were measured at 3 and 12 months after CRT.
