Increased numbers of immune cells in the spleen and para‐aortic lymph nodes (PANs) of cancer‐bearing mice treated with the ES‐ML/IFN. Mice with peritoneally disseminated Colon26 cells were treated with the ES‐ML/IFN as described in Figure 4 or untreated (no therapy). The numbers of immune cells in the spleen and PANs of mice were counted at d 17. Data for the no therapy group are indicated by white bars, and those of the therapy group (n = 12) are indicated by black bars.
