HCV, hepatitis C virus; NAT, nucleic acid test; —, P values were not computed.
We found matches for 102 of 103 patients.
P values were computed using STATA vanelteren test for continuous outcomes and conditional logistic regression for binary outcomes. Due to low anticipated event rate we did not compute P values for the following variables: graft failed but recipient alive; and died.
Pairs were excluded from analysis when patients did not have 6-month creatinine values; also, pairs were excluded in which two of two comparators lacked 6-month follow-up creatinine.
Pairs were excluded from analysis when patients did not have 12-month creatinine values; also, pairs were excluded in which two of two comparators lacked 12-month follow-up creatinine.
