The binding of A. fulgidus L7Ae to Kt-7 analysed by electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gels. 200 nM Cy3-labeled RNA was incubated with the indicated concentrations of AfL7Ae in the range 0–450 nM before being electrophoresed in a 10% native polyacrylamide gel. Fluorescent RNA was visualized by fluorimaging.
