Secondary structure model of the 169 nucleotide-long 5′-UTR1 of ARPC2 mRNA. Two RNA molecules were analysed: a) the wild type sequence with a G-rich sequence capable of forming a G-quadruplex structure and b) the mutated sequence, which can no longer form the G-quadruplex structure. The models were generated by the RNAstructure 6.0 computer program with the use of experimentally determined constraints.
