Corticosteroids treatment did not affect the release of PGE₂ from exacerbated COPD-derived PBMCs. Exacerbated COPD-derived PBMCs were stimulated with Dexamethasone (DEX, 0.1 ng/ml and 1 ng/ml) (A) and Indomethacin (Indo, 3.5 μg/ml) (B) Poly dA:dT (1 μg/ml), and PGE₂ levels were evaluated. Data are represented as median ± interquartile range (n = 4). Statistically significant differences were determined by ONE-way ANOVA followed by Dunn’s post–test.
