Fluorescence observation of Azospirillum brasilense 1224T harboring the plasmid pHRGFPGUS localized on the surface of the bulb (underground stem) and roots of the onion seedlings following inoculation. The cells localized on the surface of the bulb and roots (base, middle, and tip) of the seedlings at zero, three, and seven days post-inoculation were observed using an inverted fluorescence microscope. Scale bars: 5 µm.
